Hotel Bookings – Terms and Conditions

  • Hotel rates are valid only with confirmed reservations.
  • Included meals are specified in the booking details.
  • Some destinations may apply local taxes payable directly at the hotel.
  • Hotels may request a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in.
  • Check-in times vary by destination. Late arrivals should be communicated in advance.
  • Room allocation is managed by hotel reception. Specific requests (e.g., twin vs. double beds) depend on availability.
  • At least one guest must be 18 years of age or older.
  • No-shows may incur penalties up to the full cost of the stay.
  • Name changes are not permitted after booking confirmation.
  • If a confirmed hotel becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to provide alternative accommodation of equal or higher standard, or offer a full refund.
  • Star ratings and amenities reflect local standards and may vary between countries.

Flight Bookings – Terms and Conditions

  • Flight fares are subject to change until ticket issuance.
  • All conditions are set by the airline and may include restrictions, visa requirements, baggage allowances, and cancellation policies.
  • Passengers must check in at least 2 hours before international flights and 90 minutes before domestic flights.
  • Airlines may change flight schedules or cancel flights. Compensation must be claimed directly from the airline.
  • Passengers are responsible for travel documents, visas, and health requirements.
  • Minors require parental or legal guardian authorization to travel internationally.
  • Carry-on liquids must comply with EU regulations: max. 100ml per container, in a resealable 1-liter bag.
  • Pregnant passengers or those with medical conditions require a doctor’s approval issued within 7 days of travel.
  • Pets require pre-approved reservations and certified travel containers.

Group Tours – Terms and Conditions

  • Tour schedules may change due to weather or logistical factors but will maintain the program structure.
  • We are not liable for flight delays or changes initiated by airlines.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political instability) may alter itineraries. We will assist as best we can but cannot assume additional costs.
  • We are not responsible for border control decisions affecting entry or exit.
  • Lost luggage or belongings remain the traveler’s responsibility.

Payments, Cancellations, and Penalties

  • Flight tickets must be paid in full upon issuance.
  • Land services require 40% payment at booking and the balance 30 days before departure.
  • For bookings made less than 14 days before departure, full payment is required upfront.
  • Payments can be made in EUR or RON (RON payments are converted using BNR rate + 2%).
  • Cancellation penalties:
    • 30% if cancelled more than 30 days before departure
    • 60% if cancelled 16–30 days before departure
    • 100% if cancelled within 15 days or in case of no-show
  • Early Booking offers have specific, non-refundable conditions.
  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Online Purchases – Consumer Rights

Pre-Contractual Information
Consumers must be informed of:

  • Essential product/service characteristics
  • Price and delivery/execution date
  • Seller identification and contact information

Legal Warranty
Consumers are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity.

Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. A standard withdrawal form will be provided, and refunds—including shipping costs—must be processed within 14 days.

Placing Orders
Customers must explicitly acknowledge payment obligation prior to order validation. Accepted payment methods and any delivery restrictions must be clearly stated.

Delivery
Orders must be delivered within 30 days. Failure to do so gives the consumer the right to terminate the contract and receive a refund within 14 days, subject to penalties for delayed reimbursement.

Transfer of Risk
Sellers may not transfer transportation risks to the consumer, even if shipping is arranged by the customer.

Data Security

SC Perfect Journey SRL employs appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data:

  • Access restricted to authorized staff with individual credentials
  • Secure IT systems (firewall, antivirus, password-protected)
